Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific third shift at an assigned customer, acting as the liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers. Manage staff on assigned shifts by providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, while preparing written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Maintain effective communication with all levels of personnel and the general public, utilizing initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience
- prior Law Enforcement or Military experience
- 21+ years of age
- valid driver's license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years verifiable experience
- effective written and oral communication
- interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- valid Driver's License
- at least one year of driving experience
- clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- ability to safely operate a vehicle
- successfully complete a background investigation
- post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Drivers Record check
- Intermediate computer skills
- ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
