Security Shift Supervisor

Monitor premises, including access control and patrolling various locations, while enforcing regulations for personnel, visitors, and site areas. Supervise Security Officers and other personnel assigned to posts, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. Coach and discipline staff as appropriate, train officers on assignments, and inspect posts to outline tasks. Notify authorities and clients during emergencies, ensure adequate coverage, and meet with client representatives to verify security requirements. Maintain professional demeanor and respond to stressful situations with rapid judgment. Requires a Nevada driver's license, Guard Card, and ability to work independently.
