Job Summary
Supervise and support security officers during assigned overnight shifts while serving as the primary point of contact for incidents and escalations. Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in a timely manner. Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports, ensuring all security protocols and post orders are followed. Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members, and assist with training and mentoring of security staff. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a pay rate of $20.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of security experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency (report writing, email, incident systems)
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
