Job Summary
Lead and support a team of Security Officers at a secure site in Salisbury, managing incidents and emergency responses while conducting patrols and compliance checks. Monitor CCTV and access control systems, complete reports and documentation, and liaise with site management and emergency services. Requires a valid SIA Licence, previous supervisory experience, and eligibility for SC Clearance. Full-time permanent role with £16.25 per hour and a 4 on 4 off days and nights schedule.
Required Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good IT and report writing skills
- Flexibility to work days and nights
- Eligible for SC Clearance
