Security Shift Supervisor

Supervise and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premises. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property while investigating and preparing reports on incidents. Oversee daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including guards and desk clerks. Conduct training for new hires and current staff on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and safety topics. Escort individuals to specified locations or provide personal protection. Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports. Enforce facility rules, regulations, and policies while responding to emergency situations. This part-time role requires availability for all shifts including weekends, with a TN State Guard License and five years of security and supervisor experience.
