Job Summary
Conduct general security duties for a high-profile client's facility, property, and campus, enforcing policies and deterring criminal activity. Provide direction to subordinates, cross-train officers for efficiency, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training. Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, inspect job performance to ensure contract compliance, and maintain overtime at designated levels. Submit productivity and cost reduction recommendations, propose physical security surveys, and manage personnel actions. Review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparing security surveys, and ensure all required training and screening elements are met.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous security experience, including supervisory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver's license
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
- Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
- Effective oral and written communication skills; write informatively, clearly, and accurately

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
- Working knowledge of EMS protocols, Medical First Responder or Emergency Medical Technician
