Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers while supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, preparing written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Maintain a valid driver's license with one year of driving history and operate a vehicle safely to support site operations. Work the 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM shift with a weekly pay rate of $27.00.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory or Management experience
- Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to pass Drivers Record check
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

- Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
