Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific overnight shift at an assigned customer. Act as the primary liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and professional security officers while supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, preparing written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Maintain effective communication with all personnel and the general public, utilizing initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate required vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of security experience
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Valid Driver's License
- At least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
