Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific overnight shift at an assigned customer. Act as the primary liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers while supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, utilizing initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting and operate a vehicle safely as required. Requires a current CA Guard Card, valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least one year of security experience. Earn $24.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- current CA Guard Card with training certificates
- valid CA DL with a clean driving record for more than 1 year
- 21+ years of age
- 1 year Security Experience
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- successfully complete a background investigation
- successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- pass Drivers Record check
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
