Security Shift Supervisor - Office High Rise - Chicago

Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift, manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching, and ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property. Handle escalated security issues, coordinate on-the-job and client-specific training, reconcile logs and incident reports, develop and maintain post orders, train and qualify staff for posts, manage access control and CCTV usage, verify visitor sign-in, conduct general patrols, and respond to incidents. Must have at least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience, be prepared to work Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm, and possess the required high school diploma or GED along with applicable security licenses. Excellent customer service and ability to document and communicate clearly are essential.
