Job Summary
Supervise and lead a small on-site security team while performing regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center in Lake Grove, NY. Ensure team members remain alert, professional, and meet site expectations, then respond promptly to incidents, escalate when needed, and complete reports. Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management. This active role requires full-time availability for Friday through Tuesday shifts, including weekends and evenings, with a commitment to walking large retail areas for the entire shift.
