Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate quality security service delivery on a specific shift, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional officers. Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved empowerment ranges while managing crisis situations calmly and efficiently. Prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting, utilizing wireless technology at client sites. Walk approximately four miles per shift navigating multiple flights of stairs. Work Thur-Mon from 6am to 2pm with a requirement of at least one year of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of supervisory and security experience
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to walk around 4 miles per shift and navigate multiple flights of stairs
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Valid Driver's License
- At least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
- Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to pass Drivers Record check
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
