Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers. Supervise staff by providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges. Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently, while preparing written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. This role requires a minimum of three years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with one year of driving experience and a clean driving record. The position involves working in various environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience
- prior Law Enforcement or Military experience
- 21+ years of age
- valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- effective written and oral communication
- interpersonal skills
- ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- valid Driver's License
- at least one year of driving experience
- clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- ability to safely operate a vehicle
- successfully complete a background investigation
- successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- pass Drivers Record check
