Security Shift Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee the Security Department operations during assigned shift, supervising and instructing team members to ensure guest, employee, and property safety. Train and brief staff on events and issues, manage shift schedules, and delegate tasks. Review and approve shift reports and arrests; respond to emergencies and incidents. Maintain professionalism in accordance with laws, regulations, policies, and company rules. Assist security officers with duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
- Minimum of six (6) months of casino security (or similar field) experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs., reach, kneel, bend, and endure moderate to strenuous physical exertion.
