Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift while acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional officers. Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved ranges, administer job safety analyses, and manage inventory for uniforms, equipment, and vehicles. Handle crisis situations calmly, communicate staffing needs, and ensure officers receive appropriate technical and professional training. Requires valid driver's license, age 21+, and ability to work in various weather conditions while standing or walking for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion of a drug screen
