Job Summary
Support supervisors in daily duties, provide direct coaching to supervisory teams, and review shift staffing to ensure full post coverage. Address immediate staffing gaps dynamically and make real-time deployment decisions when adjustments are required. Monitor emergency notifications from the Command center, review alerts for accuracy, and issue client-facing notifications per protocol. Serve as the primary reviewer for Level 2 and Level 3 incident reports, ensuring thorough documentation and proper retention of video footage. Coordinate responses to on-site technology failures and evaluate technical issues to determine scope and client impact. Partner with regional project managers on program needs and compile program statistics and BOLO alerts. Must be available 24/7 on-call, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay rate is $31.85. Requires three years of Security Manager experience and a valid driver's license with three years or more.

- Valid driver's license of three years or more
- Must have three years of Security Manager experience
- Valid Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean Driving Record
- Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
- Must successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
- Dependable means of transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
