Job Summary
Provide first response to customer service requests and building directional guidance. Conduct routine patrols of the building, parking lots, and grounds to ensure security and prevent property loss. Respond to building alarm notices and monitor main entrances during shift changes. Maintain safety for patrons, visitors, and staff while handling emergency incidents. Requires flexibility for evenings, overnight, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma/GED or vocational school diploma
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in security
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; running may be required to address and report emergency incidents
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnight, and weekends as required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
