Job Summary

Conduct OCONUS travel briefings and analyze suspicious contact reports via analytical processes. Assist with security documentation, inspection readiness tasks, and front office operations. Maintain exposure to Industrial Security principles protecting National Security while supporting the SEI's mission to improve software-intensive systems. Requires enrollment in a degree program, willingness to travel within the SEI and CMU community, and eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a degree granting program
  • Willingness to travel to various locations to support the SEI's overall mission
  • Subject to a background check
  • Eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet inflexible deadlines
  • Ability to deal with difficult individuals while maintaining composure
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail oriented
  • Additional course work, seminars, workshops, etc., in national security or homeland security related disciplines
