Job Summary
As a Security Services Engineer (L2), you will provide professional remote technical support, identifying and resolving incidents while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). You will use service assurance software to diagnose problems, maintain service records, and perform maintenance tasks. The role requires developing knowledge of technical documentation and security technologies like Cisco and Microsoft, along with excellent problem-solving skills. Successful candidates should possess a relevant degree and certifications in security technologies, with moderate experience in technical support and incident resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
- Professional level Certification in different Security Technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Aruba, BlueCoat, ZeeScaler 5
Desired Qualifications
- Moderate level experience in Security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy
- Moderate level experience in technical support to clients
- Moderate level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Moderate level experience providing remote support in Security technologies
- Moderate level experience in relevant technology
