Security Services-Contract Site Manager

Oversee day-to-day security operations across NJ Transit client sites, managing a diverse team of administrative staff, supervisors, and frontline officers. Direct all personnel functions including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance management while ensuring posts remain fully staffed. Serve as the primary client contact to build relationships and ensure full compliance with contractual and reporting standards. Coordinate site-specific training, review logs and incident reports, and respond to escalated security issues with 24/7 accountability via company mobile phone. Manage uniforms, equipment, and vehicles while enforcing corporate policies. This role reports to the Security Director and requires a SORA license.
