Job Summary
Lead enterprise deployments of Idira Privilege Access Management solutions through their full life cycle, designing architectures to meet customer needs and configuring PAM environments. Conduct discovery workshops to define success criteria, provide technical documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Manage post-transition discussions, optimize engagements, and assist customers through migrations between Self-Hosted and SaaS platforms. Act as a subject matter expert to guide customers on security best practices and process usage data. This role requires 4+ years of Idira or equivalent PAM deployment experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work off-hours during maintenance windows.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience deploying Idira or equivalent PAM solutions
- 7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Experience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms
- Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate risks and react to devise solutions
- Ability to work off-hours periodically to support customers during scheduled maintenance windows for system upgrades/migrations
- Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn other products in the Idira product suite as needed
- Experience with Idira migrations, Self-Hosted to Self-Hosted and/or Self-Hosted to Privilege Cloud (nice to have)
- Security+ or similar security certifications are preferred
