Job Summary
Service Technician travels daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, conventional bank equipment and electronic security equipment, ensuring proper function and minimal downtime. Will interact with customers or designated contacts to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, disassemble/repair assemblies, configure equipment, and apply training principles on the job. Must be capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy objects, operating power tools, and driving between sites; ability to communicate effectively with customers is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred
- NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus
