Job Summary
Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls, scheduled maintenance, and small projects by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing defective parts in electronic security systems. Isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software, then complete accurate service reports for invoicing and job cost tracking. Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems, execute custom system integrations, and conduct detailed systems audits and upgrades. Travel locally to job sites to perform technical assistance, systems checkout, and repair routines.

- Solid technical skills
- Experience related to electronic security systems
- Some programming skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions

- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel locally to jobsites on a regular basis
- High School/GED or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years servicing, integrating, and programming video, alarm and access control systems
