Job Summary
Conduct planned annual maintenance and reactive response for intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems to industry standards. Manage job prioritization, complete work reports, and provide customer service to internal and external clients. Utilize IP-based network knowledge to service security systems while maintaining effective relationships. Perform tasks requiring a full UK driving license, ladder climbing, and problem-solving in a customer-facing environment. Work 40 hours per week with call-out and travel time available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within Electronic Security industry
- Experience of IP based networks and security systems
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to lift and climb ladders
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Problem solving skills
- Customer focus with ability to communicate effectively with a range of customers
- Willing to work in Central London
- Undertake a basic or enhanced DBS check
Desired Qualifications
- Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e. 18th edition/ NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC
