Job Summary
Lead Security Sergeant role within Warner Bros. Studio Operations. Supervises Security Officers and Daily Security Guards during shifts, may perform duties of Acting Watch Commander, handles on-the-job training, conducts roll calls, assists with scheduling, and ensures enforcement of security policies. Responsibilities include addressing employee and client needs and documenting concerns; potential to work Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts at on- or off-lot locations based on operational needs. Requires supervisory experience, strong written-report skills, and knowledge of relevant security contracts and policies; weekend and holiday availability; driving license typically required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a good working knowledge of the Studio Security/Fire Association union contract and Security Department policies and procedures
- Must have good working knowledge of Security Department operations and Studio operations
- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively at all levels
- Must have demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports relative to Security operations
- Completion of WBSO Security Department Sergeant Training Program, preferred
- Must be available to work weekends & Holidays
- Valid driver’s license required
- Guard Card, preferred
