Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day security operations, including planning resource levels, managing patrols, and ensuring compliance with assignment instructions. Lead recruiting, training, and development of the security team while conducting regular 1:1s and briefings to foster accountability and continuous improvement. Manage incidents, investigations, and CCTV systems, liaising with local enforcement authorities and reviewing security data to identify vulnerabilities. This role requires a current SIA license and manual driving license. Salary is competitive, with opportunities for career development across 65 parks and access to employee assistance programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a team
- Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision)
- full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car)
- Excellent customer service skills
