Maintain positive guest relations by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction through courteous, personalized service. Apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency while passing applicable auditions, skill testing, and drug screening. Work flexible shifts covering the casino's 24-hour, seven-day operation, adhering to all Standards of Excellence outlined in the Team Member Guide to Success.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening test
- Must be flexible to work any and all shifts
