Job Summary
Responsible for the safeguarding of property, assets, residents, guests, visitors, and employees. Duties include enforcing rules, learning operational software, monitoring security cameras, writing incident reports, providing exceptional customer service, answering phones, and patrolling the premises for safety. Applicants must demonstrate effective communication skills, possess basic computational and computer abilities, and have knowledge of fire safety procedures. The role requires the ability to handle emergency situations, maintain accurate records, and assist with safety equipment checks.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience working in security
- Minimum of one year security officer background in a luxury property or condominium
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of property policy and fire-safety procedures
- Ability to operate handheld two-way radio
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in dealing with difficult customers
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Russian
- Guest Service Oriented
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Evening and night work required
- May be required to work weekends
