Security Response Officer (armed) - Security - Full-Time

Respond to, de-escalate, and investigate security incidents reported to the team while maintaining confidentiality. Patrol assigned areas, including exterior facility drives, to identify suspicious activity and respond appropriately. Maintain vigilance while monitoring control panels and alarms for visitor and area surveillance. Investigate suspicious activities requiring jurisdictional response with authorities and prepare written reports via assigned software systems. Alert appropriate individuals of security matters and enforce hospital-approved security policies. This role serves as the hospital's first responder capability, requiring a valid LA license, excellent driving record, and five years of experience in military, law enforcement, or security. Shifts are 12 hours, rotating days and nights, with an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $26.00.
