Security Responder

Conduct interior and exterior patrols of production, non-production, colocation spaces, cages, HBI racks, and alarmed doors while performing deliberate door and locking mechanism checks. Respond to dispatched incidents, alarms, and security events as the first responder by securing affected areas, gathering time-sensitive information, and preserving evidence without conducting follow-up investigations. Accurately document patrol results, observations, and incidents using Desk Journal entries, Patrol Checklists, and Security Action Reports (SARs) to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Support access control operations including security escorts, secured rack checks, and hard key procedures, while maintaining continuous communication with CRS, PSOC, and site leadership during shifts. Participate in shift pass-downs to communicate critical information to incoming personnel and provide surge support to screening functions when directed.
