Job Summary
Senior Investment Lead for JPMorganChase's Security & Resiliency Initiative (SRI). Responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across supply chain, defense, energy, and advanced technologies; developing and implementing investment strategies; hands-on participation in the investment process; stakeholder engagement with industry leaders, government agencies, and community partners; and talent development within the team. Preferred qualifications include experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital, public speaking at industry events, building a collaborative high-achieving culture, and experience across established organizations and startups. Ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, proactive, innovative, and aligned with JPMorganChase’s mission of advancing America’s economic security and resiliency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in investment roles, with demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in both public and private markets.
- Experience across multiple sectors; deep specialization in a single sector is not required.
- Proven ability to lead and develop small teams of investment professionals.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to contribute to complex investment strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
