Job Summary
Lead certification programs for EUCC, Common Criteria, and national cybersecurity schemes; manage scoping, evaluation, lab engagement, and final certification; develop comprehensive project plans for specialized testing, procure demo units, and present program status to stakeholders; ensure on-time delivery within scope, quality, budget, and regulatory requirements; collaborate across certification lifecycle including technical writing, network analysis, and risk mitigation; maintain rigorous project tracking, evidence traceability, and governance across certification activities; engage with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and external regulatory bodies to advance Cisco product security certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's + 7 years of related experience, or Master's + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Common Criteria, EU Common Criteria (EUCC), or the German BSZ accreditation process
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of network security (IDS/IPS, encryption), routing, switching, and data center/cloud computing architectures
- Proven ability to architect Cisco product solutions and translate complex technical specifications into formal certification documentation
