Security Representative I W2

Monitor video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity, and conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit to uphold a safe workplace. Manage badge and access control systems including creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring. Perform risk assessments and safety walks of warehouse zones to support loss-prevention, access control, and investigation initiatives. Collaborate with operations and HR to reduce inventory shrinkage while supporting cross-shift coordination in a multi-shift environment. This role is fully onsite in our Fort Worth, TX office.
