Job Summary
Support the ESS team by providing remote diagnostic and reporting for customers, Johnson Controls technicians, and authorized contractors; maintain security and network equipment to meet industry compliance; proactively handle remote projects and service requests; collaborate with company branch technicians across the U.S. and Canada; perform CCTV and access-control services, create detailed incident documentation, and deliver timely status reports while configuring equipment prior to deployment and ensuring system operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in computer science or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ experience with Access Control and CCTV systems
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong network and computer skills
- Ability to read blue prints/diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely
