Job Summary
Senior Security QA Analyst to lead QA efforts validating complex IAM integrations (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock) with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs. Develop and maintain functional and regression test cases (manual and automated) and execute UAT for security-related systems. Maintain and refactor automation scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress; perform root cause analysis for defects and manage the full bug lifecycle. Lead onshore and offshore QA resources, collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads, ensure QA deliverables align with audit and enterprise QA standards, and maintain traceability in Jira and qTest while participating in Agile ceremonies. Familiarity with IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk), API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, Karate, SoapUI), and programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java) is required. Bachelor’s degree is listed as added bonus; immigration sponsorship is not offered for this role.
