Security Project Specialist 2

Job Summary
Install, program, test, repair, and service non-routine security, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation systems. Serve as the primary interface for technical support and training for customers, with responsibility for maximizing customer satisfaction and escalating only the most complex issues. Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams to determine installation procedures; interpret documentation to perform installation, startup, commissioning, and certification testing; demonstrate equipment and provide customer training. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve issues, advise on installation techniques, manage risks, and support project timelines and budgets. Mentorship and supervision of less experienced staff may be required. Travel locally to jobsites is required. Strong emphasis on customer focus, programming skills, and proficiency with MS Office tools; valid driver’s license with clean driving record schedule permitting."
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School/GED or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant
- Certifications: Product-specific certifications, Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses, Software House, Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, AMAG, Milestone or ONSSI, AXIS
