Job Summary
Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems while interpreting manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Commission new systems, analyze performance, identify malfunctions, and write routine programs. Act as the primary technical support and training interface for customers, consulting with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems and minimize project risks. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and scope with management, ensuring continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

- Valid driver's license
