Job Summary
On-site project leadership for security projects including hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, system commissioning, and project closeout. Responsible for overall financial results of assigned projects, including costs, billings, and collections, and actively pursues change orders. Coordinates communication with customers through all project phases, ensures proper warranty execution, and provides direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration. Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintains profitability and cash flow, and delivers accurate as-built and commissioning documentation. Provides coaching and technical assistance to project team members and coordinates resource planning for timely, cost-effective installations. Oversees vendor bids, material procurement, and subcontractor payment processes, and communicates project status and forecasts to management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school/trade school graduate
- 2-5 years Security system and Access Control installation experience
- Demonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
- IT network systems familiarity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read complex building documents
