Job Summary
Supervise and manage all assigned security staff at construction project sites, ensuring 100% post coverage and adherence to company policies and client expectations. Conduct daily and weekly post inspections, safety checks, and compliance reviews while providing leadership, coaching, and professional development for Supervisors and Officers. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communication, fostering strong relationships with site management and participating in required safety meetings and planning sessions. Monitor overtime levels to maintain profitability within contract guidelines and address HR issues such as PRDs, PTO, and complaints. Track expiration of required licensures including DPSST and CPR. Full-time exempt position with salary of $65,000 located in Umatilla and Morrow Counties, reporting to the Senior Security Project Manager or Regional Director of Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Supervise and manage all assigned security staff
- Maintain 100% post coverage through effective scheduling and staffing management
- Monitor overtime levels and implement strategies to maintain profitability within contract guidelines
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for Supervisors and Officers
- Conduct daily and weekly post inspections, safety checks, and compliance reviews
- Ensure all officers receive proper onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training
- Track expirations of required licensures (DPSST/CPR) and ensure compliance
- Address HR issues and concerns timely such as PRD's, PTO, complaints, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communication and operational matters
- Foster strong, professional relationships with site management and client representatives
- Attend and participate in client safety meetings, briefings, and planning sessions as required
