Security Professional - Full time Patrol Officer

Conduct high-visibility, routine, and randomized patrols to deter theft, vandalism, car break-ins, loitering, and other unauthorized activities while performing perimeter and area checks of doors, windows, gates, and common amenity areas. Monitor and control access points by screening residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors, logging visitor activity, enforcing site protocols, and managing front desk operations when required. Respond immediately to alarms, security breaches, fires, medical emergencies, and other incidents, assisting residents and coordinating with emergency services as needed. Prepare detailed incident reports for management and law enforcement, maintain accurate daily activity logs, and provide clear handover notes to ensure shift continuity. Act as a liaison between residents, property management, and local authorities during incidents or investigations. This role serves as a first line of defense to protect property and ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and assets at a residential site in Toronto, ON.
