Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle while watching for irregular conditions that may create safety hazards. Sound alarms or contact police/fire for unauthorized persons, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities by preparing reports and maintaining required logs. Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner and make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders. Work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice at Riverdale, GA sites.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
- subject to a background investigation
- subject to a drug screen
- 2+ years of prior Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience
- at least 21 years of age
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
