Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle, watching for irregular conditions that create safety hazards. Sound alarms or notify police/fire for unauthorized persons, warn violators of rule infractions, and permit authorized entry while monitoring exits. Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, maintain logs, and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Aid customers and visitors courteously, observe departing personnel to prevent theft, and adapt to irregular shifts with little advance notice. Work overnight shifts (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) in Seneca, SC, utilizing a shift-pickup platform to build experience across healthcare, education, and finance sectors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle
- Ability to adapt to different post assignments
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Ability to mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available for irregular shifts with little to no advance notice
- Must be comfortable using computer or tablet

- Must be available for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday workdays
- Must be subject to a background investigation
- Must be subject to a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
