Security Product Manager, FlashArray

Security Product Manager for FlashArray: serve as the primary architect of the security posture for Everpure’s flagship storage platform, leading the strategy for hardening infrastructure, navigating global compliance, and building secure-by-design features. Collaborate with the CTO office and Engineering to translate rigorous security standards into a high-performance competitive advantage for enterprise and government customers. Define the security roadmap (encryption, IAM, multi-tenancy), drive certification strategies (FIPS, Common Criteria, FedRAMP), manage vulnerability lifecycle (CVE tracking, impact assessment, patch prioritization), and partner with Marketing/Sales to articulate security differentiation. Provide executive-level risk management guidance, influence product tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Requires deep expertise in encryption, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP), authorization frameworks, and global security regulations, and a proven track record of leadership at scale in enterprise storage or distributed systems. Location: Santa Clara, CA in-office. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
