Security Patrol Officer

Job Summary
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to secure access points and protect property. Deliver mobile security services while operating the assigned patrol vehicle, managing fueling, washing, and interior cleanliness. Write detailed reports using company technology during each shift and consistently communicate with supervisors to report customer or property concerns. Deescalate issues professionally and interact with internal and external customers to cultivate service relationships. Manage daily activities, adhere to dress code standards, and complete required training modules within the first month.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
