Job Summary
Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, then conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work fixed-anchor shifts at an assigned site in North East, MD, with a six-month commitment, while optionally picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Earn $20.00 per hour during day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This role offers flexibility to scale hours toward a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, supported by training, a retirement savings plan, and discounts through our Perks Program.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- X-ray screening experience is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
