Job Summary
Conduct randomized and scheduled vehicle patrols of assigned EV charging station sites in the Fresno area, inspecting for vandalism, theft, tampering, loitering, or unauthorized parking. Verify lighting, signage, and surrounding areas are safe and operational while maintaining a visible security presence. Inspect charging stations, kiosks, payment terminals, and equipment for damage or hazards, ensuring areas remain clean and accessible. Complete Daily Activity Reports and submit Incident Reports using electronic applications with time-stamped notes and photographs. Maintain GPS-verified patrol logs throughout the Sunday and Monday 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM shift. Wear the required uniform and operate company patrol vehicles safely.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Active California BSIS Guard Card
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive, walk, and inspect multiple locations throughout the shift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location
- Must be available for Sunday and Monday 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to wear the required uniform and utilize assigned equipment
- Must be able to operate company patrol vehicles safely and in accordance with company policy
- Must be able to complete all required reports before the end of each shift
- Must be able to maintain consistent communication with dispatch and supervisors
- Must be able to follow all client post orders and company policies
- Must be able to complete EV charging station inspection training
Desired Qualifications
- Prior vehicle patrol or mobile security experience
- Experience using mobile reporting applications and GPS tracking systems
