Job Summary
Secures property and residents as a Security Patrol Guard through foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas. Responsibilities include writing detailed reports using company technology, adhering to site post orders, arriving on time, interacting with clients and staff to maintain peace of mind, coordinating with supervisors, maintaining assigned equipment and patrol vehicle cleanliness, and deescalating incidents with professional communication. Must complete training within the first month and possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
