Job Summary
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to secure access points and protect property. Write detailed reports using company software during each shift and interact with internal and external customers to cultivate service relationships. Communicate with supervisors to report concerns, receive route updates, and deescalate issues professionally. Manage assigned patrol vehicle maintenance including fueling, washing, and inspections, while ensuring all Signal equipment remains in proper condition. Maintain a clean appearance, adhere to dress codes, and meet daily benchmarks set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Active guard card
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- Age 21 or over
- Able to sit and drive patrol car up to 8 hours
- Customer service skills
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
