Job Summary
Security Patrol is responsible for performing entry-level security duties for casino locations, including walking the perimeter of the casinos, parking lots and garages, safeguarding property assets by observing and reporting suspicious activity, and providing superior guest service while interacting with guests and employees. The role requires knowledge of casino policies, fire inspection protocols, surveillance systems, and tribal state compact regulations, with strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work all scheduled shifts (day, swing, graveyard, holidays) in a fully on-site capacity. Starting wage is $22.17/hr, increasing to $22.72/hr after a 90-day orientation period; full-time benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Pre-employment drug testing required; marijuana use not disqualifying unless the position requires driving a company vehicle. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Security and Gaming experience preferred
- All applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
