Job Summary
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter while providing customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner. Perform emergency response activities as needed and adhere to site-specific policies across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. This 24-hour community security patrol is located in Newport Coast, California, with shifts available from 4:00pm to 12:00am or 12:00am to 8:00am at a rate of $23.00 per hour. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Good Driving Record
- 24 Hours Community Security Patrol Gated Community
- Late Swing shift 4:00pm - 12:00am
- Graveyard Shift 12:00am - 8:00am
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
